Accessing the Webmail Interface


Accessing your WebMail is easy and secure because ChicagoNetTech's SmarterMail webmail interface provides you with a fully encrypted SSL interface.

To check your e-mail via our Webmail interface:

  • Open your browser to our Webmail interface at: https://securemail.chicagonettech.com
  • If you desire to use a language other than your browser default, please select that language from the drop-down box at the bottom of the login area.
  • Enter you complete e-mail address into the USERNAME field, IE: e-mailaddress@domain.com.
  • Enter your e-mail password into the PASSWORD field.
  • Click on LOGIN
  • You can also click on the WebMail login at the right

If you have forgotten your password, simply click on then FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD link in the login area and follow the instructions.  If you have setup an alternate e-mail address, then a link to reset your e-mail password will be e-mailed to your alternative e-mail address.  Check your alternate e-mail address, click on the link and follow the instructions to reset your e-mail password.
